Jamie Bird, Managing Director, Bayfield Homes Ltd

Jamieson Bird
Managing Director

Jamieson has a formal education in his field. He has worked in the industry for 26 years from housing associations, national and regional house builders and as an independent planning consultant and land promoter.

As Founder and Managing Director, Jamieson is ultimately responsible for the strategic direction and management of Bayfield Homes and its dedicated staff. Working with landowners and promoters, funders and investors he relishes new opportunities and finding solutions to complex problems. Assessing land opportunities and working with architects to create attractive and deliverable projects are where the culmination of the process and his skills come together to bring success in the business.

Hayley Humphrey, Operations & HR Manager, Bayfield Homes Ltd

HR Manager

Hayley is central to all Bayfield does.
Having trained in Customer Service and Business Administration, Hayley is involved in the day-to-day organisation and HR duties of the business as well as running an efficient and well-organised head office. Hayley also assists with the sales process with liaising between Estate Agent, Conveyance Solicitor and new home owners, as well as being responsible for overseeing all office and site administration, maintaining procedures & systems and compliance amongst much more.

Clare Burrell

Payroll Manager

Clare is a part qualified Accountant, having passed AAT in 1993 at Barnfield College in Bedfordshire and has over 18 years’ experience.
Clare manages all daily accounting tasks, reporting, payroll, month & year end accounts and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.

Patrick Wales

Manager

Patrick is academically qualified in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Westminster, and he further strengthened his knowledge and skills base by working for a planning consultant, house builder and land promoter. 
Patrick works closely with our Managing Director to identify and acquire new land opportunities for our ever-expanding land bank, while providing effective working relationships with local authorities, agents, landowners, developers and consultants.

Stuart Gluckstein, Head of Construction, Bayfield Homes Ltd

Stuart is a highly qualified and experienced construction professional.
As our Head of Construction, Stuart is responsible for the construction team for all projects together with the surveyors, this includes design and developments, project planning and programming, as well as the vital management of Health & Safety.
Stuart also brings value to the pre-construction team when looking at future sites.

James Dafforn
Senior Quantity
Surveyor

Professionally qualified and experienced in complex JV projects, James has the expertise and ability to negotiate on all levels.
In his role as Senior Quantity Surveyor, James’ primary role is to monitor and control costs throughout the entire construction stage to provide accurate cost information. His involvement in the subcontractor and materials procurement processes, along with reporting and forecasting procedures, enables control of the construction costs of each project.
In turn, James is also able to provide budget and cash flow information for future projects.

Henry Morgan, Site Manager, Bayfield Homes Ltd

Having worked in construction management for over 15 years, Henry is a highly experienced Site Manager, successfully managing a diverse range of projects throughout Norfolk including a mix of traditional, luxury high-end and housing association builds.
Henry is responsible for bringing our Mattishall site to fruition and overseeing our Health, Safety & Environmental policies and build programme whilst ensuring each of our homes is built to the highest standards.

Sean Corrigan, Site Labourer, Bayfield Homes Ltd

Site Operative

Sean is an experienced Site Labourer, providing day to day assistance to the Site Manager and site construction teams. Sean ensures the sites teams are supported and manages their requirements effortlessly. Sean also holds up to date CSCS and SSSTS qualifications along with Telescopic Handler, First Aid, Fire Safety and other relevant certifications.

Robert Skok

Site Operative

As an experienced Telehandler Operator, Rob supports the Site Manager and site teams with his ‘can do’ approach, assisting with all the day-to-day site activities with ease. Qualified in CSCS, Telescopic Handling, First Aid and Fire Safety amongst other related certification.
