Land Owners

We recognise that our landowner partners will want to maximise the value of their land and may only get that opportunity to do so once. What you can typically expect from us:

  • Commitment to your land and project

  • Resources to deliver our shared vision for the site

  • Personal focus and a strategy to suit – not a one size fits all

  • Regular updates on progress

  • Decisiveness and flexibility

  • Typically more support for our schemes from local stakeholders

  • A clear design philosophy and input which is encouraged

  • Clear acquisition strategy and no main board approval – you can talk to the person making the decision

  • Enhanced revenues typically achieved for our product and design approach which can lift prices on a locale or phased development site.

Recognition

Our team have both been nominated for and won many awards for schemes we have delivered and these include:

Taverham Hall School – Finalist for National Building & Construction Award

A scheme of 6 new contemporary new homes set in the grounds of a listed school and outside the development boundary. Our team worked with local stakeholders, the school and LPA to successfully deliver a scheme that was respectful of both its sensitive landscape setting and historical context.

Foundry Field, Burnham Market – Nominated for the Mayors Award

A scheme of 33 new homes, Open Space, Retail and a new car park of 186 spaces delivered in one of Norfolk’s most expensive and iconic villages. Our team worked on the site from initial concept and consulted the local stakeholders including significantly the Parish Council over the course of 18 months, to deliver the largest and one of the most sensitive developments Burnham Market has seen in recent memory. The proposal delivered many public benefits and was delivered alongside promotion through the local plan.

Setting a new benchmark for pricing in the area.

Northshore Place, Brancaster Staithe

A scheme of 12 traditional new homes promoted as an allocation through the Neighbourhood Plan and constructed in 2019. Significant local opposition to more development which would encourage second homeowner occupancy. Team deftly secured a planning permission and carefully managed local opinion.

Weybourne

A sensitively designed scheme of 7 new homes, delivered in local vernacular and working with challenging levels, drainage conditions and significant seasonal restrictions on working on the coast road. Preserved a arboriculturally significant Turkey Oak and used materials and techniques in the build to enhance the scheme’s impact on the conservation area.

“Overall, The Parishes is a great example of a new housing development which has actively contributed to the character of the area and secured high quality homes which respect their setting." (NORTH NORFOLK DISTRICT COUNCIL)

Achieved new price record per sqft for the area.

Fishers Field, Risby

A scheme of 20 new homes secured on the open market, delivered in excess of policy open space and in the face of challenging drainage conditions. Used as an example of good design and execution by St Edmundsbury BC, with Councillor Susan Glossop at the time referring to the scheme as “Fisher’s Field is a very well-designed development...which makes it a great place to live and an example for others in the industry to follow."
